Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, you can get Free Shipping on purchase of Rs 5000 or above and Rs 180 standard delivery charges applies on orders below this amount.

What is your refund policy?
Customers can return the products and claim for a refund within 48 hours of receiving their order only if the product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@senzas.pk with your Order Number with a picture of the product and details of what is wrong with the product.
